Philadelphia born rapper Lil Uzi Vert, whose single “Money Longer” just went platinum, announced his Do What I Want Tour including a stop in Columbus, OH, Thursday, June 8. Express Live! will host the outdoors event presented by A1 Marketing and Prime Social Group. General Admission tickets are on sale now for $45 via Ticketmaster.

Complex Magazine called Lil Uzi Vert “an artist to pay attention to in 2016” and pay attention the world did. His 2016 mixtape Lil Uzi Vert vs. The World produced two of the hottest songs of the year, “Money Longer” and “You Was Right” which RIAA certified platinum to both respectively. He was also featured on the smash single by Atlanta trio Migos “Bad and Boujee” which peaked at #1 of Billboard’s Hot 100 and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts in late 2016.

This tour kicks off on the heels of The Weeknd’s Starboy: Legend of the Fall 2017 World Tour, of which Lil Uzi Vert provided direct tour support alongside Bryson Tiller. Not to be stopped, Uzi has already released a string of infectious songs in 2017 including: “XO Tour Llif3” and “LUV SCARS K.o 1600” which are both off of his latest EP Luv Is Rage 1.5. His next project, Luv Is Rage 2, is highly anticipated and expected to drop this year.

Female singer/songwriter Bibi Bourelly, a Def Jam Recordings artist, will provide direct support on this date. Fader called her 2015 singles “Ego” and “Riot” brilliantly raw but her talents are not limited to her insane vocal ability. Bourelly co-wrote Rihanna’s “Bitch Better Have My Money” and “Higher” in addition to writing tracks for Selena Gomez and Usher.
